Four principles.

Principle 01

Senior bar, always

We hire to extend the senior median of the team, not to fill seats. We'd rather leave a role open for six months than dilute it.

Principle 02

Short, focused processes

Three conversations, a written take-home where the role calls for one, a decision within ten days. We tell you what we're looking for at each stage.

Principle 03

We turn down candidates we can't place well

If a role isn't the right fit, we'll tell you what would change our mind, and what wouldn't. No ghosting.

Principle 04

Founders on every loop

A founder is on every interview loop until the team is large enough that we can't be. Today that means every interview.
