Before you write us, most common questions.
- How do I book an Architecture Review?
- Click the 'Book a 20-min Architecture Review' button on the home page or visit /book directly. Pick a slot. We send a calendar invite and a short prep email.
- Is the Architecture Review free?
- Yes. 20 minutes on video, no slides. We listen to your stack and constraints. You receive a written diagnosis within one business day, which is yours to use whether or not we work together.
- What's your typical response time?
- Form submissions and emails are responded to within one business day (Bangalore working hours, Mon-Fri). Security-disclosure emails get a response within two business days.
- Do you sign NDAs before a scoping call?
- Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before the Architecture Review if your situation requires it; mention it in the booking form or by email and we will send ours, or sign yours.
- Where are you based and which time zones do you cover?
- Bangalore, India. Standard working overlap with EMEA mornings and India business hours. For US engagements, we typically run a weekly async demo plus a fortnightly live sync, with senior availability for incident response across time zones.
- Can we visit your office?
- Yes — the registered office is at Urban Vault, 19th Main Road, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bangalore 560102. Book through the standard channels first and we will coordinate.
