What the role is. First commercial hire at Hotreloads. You bring in the first set of clients alongside the founders. Commission-led to start, with a path to a ₹4–6L base once a track record is real. No salary cap; your number is your earnings.

What you’d actually do in month one. Sit in on founder calls. Build the first version of an outbound motion that fits a senior engineering studio (LinkedIn, warm intros, founder-targeted email) without sounding like an agency. Close the first one or two engagements. Write down what worked so the second hire has something to inherit.

Who this is for. Someone who has closed real deals independently, in any field. Comfortable with cold outreach but doesn’t lean on it as a crutch. Basic technical literacy. You don’t need to write code, but you should be able to read a service page on this site and explain it back to a CTO without flinching.

Who this isn’t for. Anyone looking for a salary-first role with predictable comp early on. Anyone who needs an SDR layer underneath them on day one. Anyone whose strongest deals were closed by their employer’s brand rather than by them.
